After a development phase of about one year, the construction site software Sitelife is available on the market. Together with the successful construction consultancy b.i.m.m, a comprehensive construction site software for construction managers was developed. The special thing: The fusion of the core competences of both companies. The software combines decades of construction experience and in-depth know-how in BIM, software development and data analysis.

Sitelife provides the construction industry with a comprehensive tool in just one digital software. Site managers, foremen and project managers can use it to digitally plan, document and analyse the construction process. From construction site planning to execution and finalisation- across all trades. Whether for building, civil engineering or infrastructure construction projects; or when using PDF plans or a 3D model: Sitelife works and can be used in many ways.
Launch for module TRACKING and ANALYSIS Basic.
In the first development phase, the TRACKING and ANALYSIS Basic modules are available. The construction diary can be used to document digitally and with reference to the building. That means concretely:
- Photos, working hours, required equipment or various notes are recorded on a daily basis.
- Work done is documented directly on the building model
- Service specification items and can be linked.
Additional services or materials can also be recorded easily and digitally in the control room report. Here, too, those responsible for construction save time by linking to the billing and service specifications.
Those involved in the construction, such as the client or the local construction supervision (ÖBA), can be involved in the construction process with just a few clicks. The digital approval processes are thus raised to a new level and shortened enormously.

If digital documentation is used in the software, the person responsible for the construction has access for the first time to data that did not previously exist in digital form. Sitelife provides answers to the following questions:
- How many m3 or m2 were completed in a certain period of time?
- Which trades worked on the building and when?
- How many hours did the trades work in total?
- What is the planned and actual construction progress in hours?
The clear graphics provide information on what is already working well and whether there is potential for improvement. Decisions can thus be made on a data basis and not only on the basis of the decades of knowledge & skills of an experienced construction manager.
